Advanced Nursing Foot Care Course

The Advanced Nursing Foot Care Course is done in 2 parts. The Theory is part 1 and the practical/clinical is part 2. 
* Theory course is 110 hours.
* The theory is completed on an online platform with quizzes for each module made up of multiple-choice, matching, and fill-in-the-blank questions that pertain to the lessons provided and related websites that are provided throughout the course.


* The material covers everything the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses had put out in their advanced competencies.
*This includes IPAC 2019
 
*Clinical is done in Quispamsis and Saint John New Brunswick, and 6 Maximum per class. The course is   4days/40 hours

Eligibility 

In order to be eligible to take the advanced nursing foot care course, you must be a Register Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, License Practical Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse in Good standing with their regulatory body. 
Once signing up for the Advanced nursing foot care course you will be required to become a member of the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses. (CAFCN) for students, the fee is $50.

You will also need to have Personal insurance: $ 2 million liability personal protection (malpractice insurance) affordable insurance found in the link below.

Advanced Nursing Foot Care Course Pricing

 Online Theory and Practical Course are $2800 plus Tax ($420) = $3220.00

Online Theory Course for Experience foot care Nurses (Refresher) 
Prerequisites: 750 hours in Nursing Footcare in the past 2 years and a certificate or other documentation from the previous Foot Care Course. 
Price: $500 plus tax ($75.00) = $ 575.00  ( No Clinical with refresher)

Refresher with 1 day clinical $800 plus tax (120.00) = $920.00

Fourth Date is TBA as The fourth day each nurse goes on there own in one of my clinics. 
There is 4 seats available for this Class
You will need nothing other then yourself dressed in nursing scrubs, sneakers with hair tied back. NO nail polish on your nails when you come to clinic you will learn why quickly. Also none on your toes for day one which is practice day on each other please don't cut your toenails close to coming to day 1 practical.
